You can add funds to your wallet by navigating to Wallet > Add Funds. We support bank transfers and card payments through Paystack and Flutterwave.
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Once approved, funds are transferred to your registered bank account within 1-2 business days depending on your bank.
What is escrow and how does it work?
Escrow is a secure payment method where funds are held by Payburse until both parties fulfill their obligations. This protects both buyers and sellers in transactions.
How do I request a refund?
Go to your transaction history, select the transaction, and click "Request Refund". Provide a reason and our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
Can I have multiple stores?
Currently, each account can have one merchant store. If you need multiple stores, please contact our support team to discuss enterprise options.
